Top 1, bookable for up to 5 people, offers 2 separate bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with open shower & toilet, a separate toilet, a living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area & balcony with a wonderful view of the world over 60 m² surrounding mountains. A ski room, free WiFi and sufficient parking spaces right in front of the front door are freely available to all guests.
Located a little higher up, the holiday estate towers over the roofs of Viehhofen and boasts a wonderful view of the mountains and valleys of Viehhofen and Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The apartment building is located in a quiet yet central location around 3 minutes by car from the next ski lift, the zellamseeXpress. The Schönleitenbahn with connection to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn is also only about 4 km away from the accommodation. Enjoy the top location of the accommodation & immerse yourself in the Skicircus Zell am See-Kaprun or Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn in just a few minutes. The ski bus stop is located directly on the main road & the ski bus will take you to the most important lifts in the entire ski area within a few minutes and approximately every 15 minutes. The center of Viehhofen and its restaurants can be reached in around 5 minutes by car. The center of Saalbach with all its restaurants, shops, après-ski bars and nightlife can be reached in around 10 minutes by car, taxi or bus.

Payment Arrangements & Deposit
For the processing of the payments your registered credit card data or the data of the direct bank transfer are used. 20% of the accomodation price on booking, 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code for the entrance door of the building (see key handover) on your mobile phone number at 16:00 on the day of your arrival, as well as parallel to your e-mail address. If you have not received a message to your mobile phone number or your e-mail address until 16:30, please contact us on our hotline. An early check-in is unfortunately not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 5 days before arrival by mail.
Parking Place
Free parking places are available directly at the building.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
Hygiene Products
Please note that these are holiday apartments so there are no toiletries in the bathroom.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free.
Changes and cancellations within 31 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
